I'm a neurodivergent clinician, educator, and ADHD coach, deeply passionate about supporting women through the tangled terrain of identity, attention, and hormones. I combine lived experience, research, and nature metaphors to help you find your footing again.

Why I created the program

I developed The MOUNTAIN Path™ after my own late-diagnosis ADHD journey. I saw a pattern: traditional approaches weren't addressing the unique challenges women face, especially during major life transitions. The MOUNTAIN Path™ was born from my desire to create a holistic approach that honors both structure and soul.

Will this support me if I'm perimenopausal?

Absolutely! Week 3 digs into hormone impacts and tools that support executive function during hormonal transitions. The program was specifically designed with women's unique neurobiological experiences in mind.

Is this therapy?

Not therapy—but deeply therapeutic. Think of it as a guided climb with tools + connection. While our approach is informed by therapeutic modalities, this is coaching focused on practical strategies for your ADHD brain.

What if I can't make the live calls?

All calls are recorded and available within 24 hours. The program is designed to be flexible for busy women with ADHD. You can go at your own pace and revisit materials whenever works best for your schedule.
