Meet Your Guide

Every meaningful journey needs a trusted guide. I'm here to walk alongside you as you uncover your strengths, calm the chaos, and create a life that works beautifully with your ADHD brain.

My Story

Welcome—I'm so glad you're here.

Like many women, I was diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood. By the time I got answers, I had already spent years navigating life without a map—trying to make sense of my mind in systems that weren’t designed for it. I know how isolating and exhausting that can feel.

That journey is what drives me to create a coaching space rooted in compassion, practical tools, and a deep belief in your capacity to thrive.

Through this work, I’ve discovered something powerful: what we often see as “challenges” can become our greatest strengths with the right guidance and mindset. I don’t just coach women to manage their ADHD—I support them in embracing their brilliance, on their own terms.

Credentials & Expertise

With nearly two decades as a licensed Occupational Therapist, I bring both clinical knowledge and lived experience to my coaching practice. I hold a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and am a certified Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner, with additional training in Mental Health First Aid.

My career has taken me from pediatric care to school systems to inpatient behavioral health. These diverse settings have deepened my understanding of how ADHD intersects with trauma, identity, and everyday life—across the lifespan.

I also serve as faculty at Montana State University, where I have the honor of teaching and mentoring future occupational therapists. Staying connected to emerging research and education keeps me grounded in both the science and soul of this work.

My Approach

My coaching is rooted in a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming framework that prioritizes healing, resilience, and practical change.

I blend evidence-based occupational therapy with ADHD-specific strategies to support your daily functioning, emotional well-being, and identity development. I also take into account the hormonal shifts and life transitions that uniquely affect women—especially during perimenopause, parenting, and professional pivots.

My approach is gentle yet proactive: together, we’ll turn overwhelm into small, sustainable steps. This isn’t about “fixing” anything—it’s about unlocking what’s already wise and wonderful within your beautifully wired brain.
