Meet Dr. Jess- Speaker Bio

I’m Dr. Jess Duquette—an ADHD specialist, coach, and occupational therapist with a passion for turning complex neuroscience into relatable, actionable tools.
My own journey with late-diagnosed ADHD gives me a deep understanding of what it means to feel unseen in systems that weren’t designed for us. That lived experience, combined with years in education and clinical care, allows me to speak with both professional insight and genuine empathy.
I offer workshops and keynotes that are research-backed, compassion-driven, and grounded in real-life applications—leaving participants feeling seen, supported, and empowered to take action.
My Speaking Approach

Storytelling
I weave compelling personal narratives with client experiences to illustrate complex concepts in accessible, memorable ways. Stories create emotional connections that make information stick and inspire meaningful change in listeners' lives.

Research Informed
All content is grounded in current neuroscience, psychology, and education research. I translate complex studies into clear, actionable insights that bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical application.

Regulating & Experiential
Sessions incorporate nervous system regulation techniques and interactive experiences that help participants process information through multiple pathways, making concepts more accessible for diverse learning styles.
Tangible Takeaways
Every talk or workshop provides concrete tools, frameworks, and strategies that participants can implement immediately. I focus on practical applications that create real-world transformation.
